Printing menus is now even easier!

We received a lot of feedback about our printable menus. We're using that feedback to make things a lot more intuitive. Now you're just four quick steps from a printable menu.

Step 1: Click the "Print" button

Now instead of selecting the meal, you just click a single print button.

Step 2: Select the time range

Generally, there are just two options here: the current month and the current week. Once you approach the end of the current month, the option for printing the next month will also appear.

Monthly menus have always been available, but now we just made it a lot easier to find. Just hit "All of current month"

Step 3: Select your options

At the moment, there are just two options. Carbs or no carbs. This is especially helpful for parents with diabetic students.

Some schools will be seeing other options available later.

Step 4: Just hit print!

You'll be given the option to select the meal you want to print off. Generally, this is just Lunch or Breakfast. We open this link in a new window so if you want to print off for another meal, it's just a tab away.

We always appreciate your feedback, it helps with improvements just like this one. Our new feedback form now allows you to attach screenshots. So keep your questions and comments coming!

How to Download Lunch Menus

With LunchTray, we give you a few easy options for downloading menus (Note: this cannot be done from a mobile device):

Downloading Weekly Menus

By default, your school's menu will appear in the weekly format, all you need to do is click the name of the meal you want to print (top-left of the screen. To go to a different week, simply press the arrow buttons located on either side of the name of the month.

In this example, this school only has a "Lunch" menu, so we can download that by clicking the circled name.

Now you will be able to see and print the weekly menu.

Downloading Monthly Menus

The steps are almost the same as downloading weekly menus, this time just click the "Month" menu in the top-right.

Once you can see the month's menu on the screen, you will be able to click the name of the meal to download the menu, this time in a monthly format.

Please let us know in the comments section if you have any questions.
